I am aware that I am only submitting my Profile Sheet and any other details further on for Being Human E-cycle to evaluate my candidature on a merit basis. I will not indulge in any practice to influence the selection process, in any manner whatsoever and accept that Being Human E-cycle reserves all the rights to reject my application if I am found to be in violation of the said point.
I/We fully understand that Being Human E-Cycle is under no obligation to furnish any details whatsoever regarding the reasons for rejection of my/our application.

I/We understand that the awarding of dealerships is at the absolute discretion of Being Human E-Cycle.
I/We also understand that the mere act of making an application, its evaluation by the EML and personal interviews/discussions with applicants by EML neither guarantees nor entitles anyone to a dealership.
