Return Cancellation Policy
The orders can be cancelled only by Being Human E-Cycle. A customer can call up customer care at +91-8898646464 (Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, excluding National Holidays) to cancel the order before it is Dispatched from the Being Human. Please note that orders may be shipped much ahead of customers receiving an SMS or email notification.
Being Human E-Cycle reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and refund the amount to the customer. Orders may be cancelled because of non-availability of products, or any other reasons on which Being Human E-Cycle may not have any control. If the order is cancelled by Being Human E-Cycle the full payment is credited to the customer updated bank or credit card account.
Order modifications can only be done via Order Cancellations. Customer needs to cancel the order before it dispatches from Being Human E-Cycle and place a new order.
Customer canceled the shipped in transit order due to personal reason; The customer is liable to pay the Online charges. Handling charges, and Shipping charges or online refund will be done after deducting the all charges.
Being Human E-Cycle do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective.
Being Human E-Cycle do not encourage product returns. Products purchased online can be returned within 24 hours of receiving the same, provided there is a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit.

All items to be returned must be unused and should not be broken or tampered with
Returnable all item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
Returnable all items must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Cancellation of EMI
Cancellations of any order placed using EMI as a payment option will result in a change in the terms and conditions of EMI with your bank.
If you cancel or return an order purchased using EMI, Being Human E-Cycle will refund the entire purchase amount to you immediately. For partial order cancellations, Being Human E-Cycle will refund that amount back to you. You will then need to contact your bank to confirm how the EMI scheme on your credit card has been modified.
For any queries regarding foreclosure/ pre-closure of your EMI transaction or on amounts charged to your credit card, please contact your bank.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS / WARRANTY CLAIM

For warranty claim, please call customer care. Our representative will guide you regarding the process of getting a replacement.
The manufacturers may change the product (including specifications, bundles, or offers) without notification. Being Human E-Cycle is not liable for any such changes made by manufacturers.
FOR WARRANTY REQUEST, PLEASE FOLLOW THIS PROCESS:
We will only accept clear digital picture with necessary details:
Picture of the defect itself (not too close, not too far).
Picture of the serial number.
The overall picture of the product.
Description of the circumstances.
Consumer original proof of purchase
After receiving all the needed details the final decision for warranty will be taken by the Being Human E-Cycle Service Center. If the warranty is accepted, the spares needed for product rebuild or replacement product will be sent for free – freight excluded – by the Being Human E-Cycle Service Center to your attention.
ORDER RETURNABLE SHIPPING CHARGES
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
Once delivery completed the shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer
A customer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during return shipment.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
