Return & Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled by Being Human E-Cycle. A customer can call up the customer care at +91 8898646464( Monday to Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM excluding National Holidays) to cancel the order before it’s dispatched from Being Human. Please note that orders may be shipped ahead of customers receiving an SMS or email notification.
Being Human E Cycle reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and refund the amount to its customer. Orders may be cancelled because of non-availability of products or for other reasons that not in control of Being Human. In case the order is cancelled by Being Human E-Cycle, the complete payment is a credit to the customer’s updated bank or credit card account.
Order Modifications can only be done via Order Cancellations.
In case the customer cancels the order after it is already shipped and is in transit, the customer is liable to pay online charges, handling charges and shipping charges. Purchase amount will be refunded after deducting all the charges.
Returns are not accepted unless the item purchased is defective. Products purchased online can be returned within 24 hours in case of a manufacturing defect or if the product is damaged during transit.
Place your product return request by calling our customer care number at +91 8898646464 between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on working days.
Items to be returned should be unused and should not be broken or tampered with.
Items to be returned should have a receipt or proof of purchase. They should be returned in the same condition in which they were received with the original tags and packing intact.
Once we receive the returned product, we will fully examine it to check if you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the product. If you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.
Cancellation of an order placed using EMI as a payment method will result in changes in the terms and conditions of EMI with your bank.
If you cancel or return an order purchased using EMI, Being Human will return the entire purchase amount immediately. For partial order cancellations, Being Human will refund the amount paid. Please get in touch with your bank thereafter to confirm how the EMI scheme on your credit card has been modified.
For any queries regarding the foreclosure/ pre-closure of your EMI transactions or on the amount charged to your credit card, please contact your bank.
Manufacturing Defects / Warranty Claim
In case you receive the product with any manufacturing defects, please report to us within 24 hours of receiving the product by calling us at +91 8898646464 or by writing to us at email@example.com
For warranty claim, please call our customer care and our representative will guide you through the exchange process.
The manufacturers may change the product(including specifications, bundles or offers) without notifications. Being Human E-Cycle is not liable forany changes made by the manufacturers.

We will only accept a clear digital picture with necessary detail.
A clear and noticeable picture of the defect.
Picture of the series number.
Image of the product.
Description of the circumstances.
Original proof of purchase.
After receiving all the necessary details, the final decision for warranty will be taken by Being Human E-Cycle service center. If the warranty is accepted, the spares needed for product rebuild or replacement will be sent to you for free (freight excluded) by the Being Human E-Cycle Service Center.
Shipping charges for orders to be returned
Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges as shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
Once the delivery is complete, shipping charges for all the returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer.
A customer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during return shipment.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
