All the orders placed by 3.00 PM, Monday through Saturday, will be processed the same day.
Orders received after that time or on Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Product is delivered through our network of courier services
Being Human Ecycle ship product to major metro cities in India through couriers.
There are a few Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities/towns where we deliver.

We are continually trying to expand our presence and shorten our delivery lead times.We will keep the customers informed of our developments.
Products are shipped from our fulfillment location in 1-2 business days after placing the order, depending on product availability.
However, bulk orders may take additional time to be delivered. Products, where dispatch date is longer than the standard specified above, will need additional time for delivery.
Items on which couriers place restrictions may take additional time to deliver or may have to be cancelled.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
NON-RECEIPT OF PACKAGE
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery
We’re sorry that your order has not arrived yet, sometimes mistakes happen or our courier partners can be slower than expected in delivering your order.
If the Order delivery confirmation is sent by email or SMS, it indicates the product has been delivered. Please check with your family members for confirmation.
If the order status is indicated as “returned” the package is returned due to the incorrect address. The Being Human Ecycle customer care team will update the correct address from the customer and the shipment would be resent again through courier.

The shipping policy is designed considering the best interests of our valued customers. This policy may be changed from time to time without prior intimation and is the sole prerogative of Beinghumanecycle.com to change them.
We will make our best efforts to deliver the products on time. However, delays in delivery due to unnatural events like riots, bands, natural calamities are out of our control and may affect the delivery schedules.
Any issues arising at the courier’s end are also out of our control. However, we will try our best to ensure delivery of products at your doorstep.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
Being Human Ecycle provides the services to all potential customers based on the geographical reach mentioned on our website. However, Being Human Ecycle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone (including those in the geographic regions served by Being Human Ecycle) at any time without the need to cite any reasons thereof.
