Order Processing & Status
Orders placed by 3:00 PM between Monday to Saturday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM or on Sunday will be processed the next day.
Information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via Email and by SMS (please opt for this)
The product is delivered through our network of courier services. We deliver to major metro cities and also to a few Tier-2 and Tier 3 cities. Please use the PIN Code checker to ensure that the product can be delivered to your location.
We continuously try to expand our presence and also shorten our delivery lead time. We will keep the customers informed of our developments.
After the order is placed, the product is usually delivered within 1-2 business days depending on product availability. Bulk orders may, however, take longer to get delivered. Products for which the dispatch date is longer than the standard specified above, additional time for delivery is required.
Orders with restrictions by the courier service may either take longer to deliver or may have to be cancelled altogether. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery or the items ordered. Products can also be delivered in separate shipments.
Non-receipt of package
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number along with the delivery address as it will help expedite the delivery process.
We apologize for any delays in deliveries. Our courier partners can sometimes be slower than expected.
If the order delivery confirmation is sent by email or SMS, it indicates that the product has been delivered. If the status of the order is indicated as “returned”, the package ia returned to the warehouse due to incorrect address. The correct address will be taken from the customer post which the shipment will be resent to the customer.

The shipping policy is designed in the best interest of our valued customers. The policy may be changed in time without prior intimation and it is Being Human’s sole prerogative to change them.
We will try our best to deliver the product on time. However, delays due to unnatural events like riots, bands, and natural calamities are out of our control and may affect the delivery schedule. Issues arising at the courier’s end are also out of our control. However, we will do everything in our capacity to ensure the delivery of products at your doorsteps.
Refusal of Service:
Being Human E Cycle provides services to all potential customers based on geographical reach mentioned on our website. However, Being Human reserves the right to refuse services to anyone (including those residing within the geographical regions served by Being Human E Cycle) and at any time without the need to cite any reasons thereof.
